Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for leading and training a team of cleaning professionals, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and train a team of cleaning professionals to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of cleaning services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
