**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician - Mechanical Systems Specialist to join our team at GULP – experts united. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical systems.

About the Role

  • Support the planning phase of our mechanical systems, including the ASSB prototype line and the existing line for LIB production.
  • Conduct thorough checks of 3D plant layouts to identify maintenance-relevant points, such as accessibility for repair and maintenance, as well as compliance with our standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, planning, and operator teams to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, including risk analysis, procurement, and data import into our SAP system.
  • Support the planning department in accepting systems from suppliers and verifying their setup against specifications.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans during non-production periods.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues from the direct maintenance department on complex topics and faults.

Requirements

  • Completed technical training in mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • Proven experience in maintaining complex systems.
  • Strong knowledge of automation, drive technology, and pneumatic controls.
  • Familiarity with various components used in process engineering systems.
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
