Electronics Test Instrument Product Marketing Specialist

Location: Germany, Munich
The Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Marketing Engineer to join our team in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that increase the market share of our test instrument products, improve brand awareness, and ultimately drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and develop a deep understanding of the market.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and market share for our test instrument products.
- Create marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, and websites, to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
- Support sales efforts by providing training, sales presentations, and proposals to the sales team.
- Provide technical support to customers, both pre- and post-sales, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Attend industry events to network, learn about industry trends, and promote our products.
- Analyze and report on marketing activities to the management team.
Requirements:
- Strong technical background in electronics engineering, including a good understanding of electronic circuits, digital systems, and test and measurement equipment.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, including market research, product positioning, pricing strategies, and sales and distribution channels.
- Experience in sales or working closely with the sales team to develop marketing plans and strategies that support sales efforts.
- Good understanding of the Electronics Test Instrument Industry, including the latest trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field, with a Master's degree in either Electronics Engineering or Business Administration being an added advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Electronics Test Instrument Industry, is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate with customers and colleagues globally.
