We are seeking a highly skilled Mathematician / Scientist to join our team as a Business Analyst (m/f/d) - Business Analysis, Research, Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing procedures for actuarial contract changes and designing the associated processes for the insurance business.
You will work closely with your colleagues to implement these processes in practice and continuously optimize the procedures in the team. In the context of agile projects, you will develop, in close cooperation with IT, the new generation of software products for these contract changes (expert tools).
You will be responsible for the professional conception and professional release of these programs. After successful onboarding, you will create working instructions and processing guidelines and support users in the insurance business.
About YouWe are looking for someone with a very good academic background in Mathematics, Economics, or Natural Sciences, or a similar qualification. You should have a strong affinity for numbers and actuarial questions. You should have very good analytical and conceptual skills, taking into account economic relationships.
You should be able to present complex issues correctly, understandably, and in a way that is oriented towards the recipient. You should have high problem-solving competence, innovative thinking, and a high level of initiative, communication strength, and assertiveness, as well as a secure appearance.
You should have a strong team and customer orientation, as well as an above-average willingness to work and willingness to learn. An agile mindset is also required.
