Senior Medical Affairs Liaison
The Senior Medical Affairs Liaison position is centered on cultivating, enhancing, and sustaining connections with pivotal stakeholders within a designated region. This role emphasizes continuous product introduction efforts for a therapy that has received FDA approval for desmoid tumors, with aspirations for growth into European markets. The Senior MSL acts as the scientific ambassador for EVERSANA in the field, necessitating profound technical and clinical knowledge.
Core Responsibilities:
- Establish and foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across multiple specialties
- Facilitate the implementation of field medical strategies into national KOL initiatives
- Deliver expert scientific assistance during engagements with KOLs
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to enhance medical information resources
- Lead educational and mentorship programs for MSL team members
- Coordinate scientific representation at conferences and manage post-event activities
- Remain updated on scientific advancements and treatment developments in relevant therapeutic fields
- Contribute to internal projects and advisory panels
Qualifications:
- Advanced scientific degree is essential, with a minimum of 5-10 years of MSL experience
- In-depth knowledge in Oncology and rare diseases
- Exceptional presentation and communication capabilities
