We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team at Stiftung Kirchliches Rechenzentrum Südwestdeutschland. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and the development of new system architectures.
Key Responsibilities:- Infrastructure Administration: You will be responsible for the administration and operation of our Linux infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- System Design and Implementation: You will design and implement new system architectures, leveraging your expertise in modern Linux infrastructures and container technologies.
- Automation and CI/CD: You will design and develop Kubernetes deployments and CI/CD pipelines, automating processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices and communicate effectively to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Education and Experience: You must have completed an IT education or equivalent qualification, or have relevant experience in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: You must have experience with Bash and scripting languages like Python, proficient in modern Linux infrastructures, and knowledgeable about various database technologies, REST, container technologies, and automation with Ansible.
