Personal Assistant

We are a mid-sized, family-owned logistics company with around 1,000 colleagues. We transport goods for our customer companies in the areas of branded articles, foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals, and automotive using over 100 hauling units. In addition, we offer them innovative logistics services and services.

Responsibilities- Manage the entire employee lifecycle from entry to exit using the HR process landscape and HR IT programs.
- Prepare personnel documents and draft employment contracts.
- Manage and update employee files at the location.
- Monitor working hours, sickness, and vacation days and report them weekly in the shopfloor for personnel controlling.
- Coordinate with the branch management and central recruiting to agree on personnel requirements and manage the personnel management system.
- Arrange interviews and support in personnel selection.
- Coordinate training and further education appointments for existing employees.
- Support apprentices and students on site in consultation with the training department and mentors.
- Be the contact person for our temporary work agencies at the location and manage the entry and exit process of temporary workers.
- A completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably with a suitable further education in the field of personnel.
- Alternatively, a degree in a related field.
- Ideally, they have already gained initial practical or professional experience in the field of HR with a focus on personnel management.
- Basic knowledge of labor law.
- Confident, communicative, and professional appearance.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Aevo desirable.
- Interest and willingness to actively participate in the professionalization and further development of personnel work.
