About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger to join our team at KBS Group GmbH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our patients.
  • Clinical Support: Assist with medical diagnostics, therapy, and visits, ensuring seamless communication with healthcare professionals.
  • Medication Management: Safely administer medications and maintain accurate records.
  • Patient Observation and Support: Provide emotional support and monitor patients' vital signs, reporting any concerns to healthcare staff.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Education and Training: Hold a valid qualification as a Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) and maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare practices.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Demonstrate a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
