Position: Facility Engineer (f/m/d)

As a key member of the team, you will oversee the maintenance and service of production facilities, ensuring optimal performance of tools, machines, and infrastructure. We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Facility and Maintenance Engineer who will play a crucial role in maintaining readiness for current and future production environments.
Daily Tasks- Design and execute infrastructure projects, including electrical systems, HVAC, and fire safety measures.
- Guarantee the seamless integration of specialized equipment within building systems for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair operations for testing and production facilities.
- Manage contracts with facility service providers.
- Lead the establishment of a maintenance framework, including a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule and associated processes for production facilities and equipment.
- Oversee spare parts and equipment inventory, conducting regular checks.
- Supervise and collaborate with external contractors and suppliers.
- Identify facility-related challenges and conduct root cause analyses.
- Support and drive improvement initiatives in collaboration with various stakeholders to mitigate incidents.
- Completed technical apprenticeship, Bachelor of Engineering, or equivalent credentials.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Facilities Engineering role, including facility planning or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of building systems, including electrical systems, HVAC, and fire protection.
- Ability to assess technical work effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, codes, and standards relevant to building systems.
- Certification as an electrician and experience in electrical work is advantageous.
- Capable of executing tasks with precision in accordance with internal processes and safety regulations.
- Language proficiency: English minimum B2 AND German minimum B2.
- Hands-on approach and proactive mindset.
- Self-motivated, organized, and structured in work.
