Engaging Internship in Real Estate

Become a part of our dynamic team as an Intern and immerse yourself in the management of real estate activities within our Real Estate & Procurement Division. At AUTO1 Group, we are at the forefront of the digital automotive sector, transforming the processes of buying and selling vehicles.

This internship offers a unique chance to acquire practical experience within our organization for up to 6 months.

Role Overview
  • Oversee and evaluate both new and existing properties on a national scale
  • Assess, document, and analyze all associated costs, offering insights for enhancing cost efficiency
  • Collaborate with external service providers, architects, and planners alongside the Real Estate Team
  • Lead strategic planning and supervision of maintenance, repair, and renovation projects
  • Facilitate negotiations and finalize agreements for current properties while assisting the expansion team in securing new leases as necessary
Candidate Profile
  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate Management, or related disciplines, with a keen interest in gaining hands-on experience in the real estate sector
  • Previous relevant experience, proactive mindset, and enthusiasm for an international and fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, particularly Excel / GSheets, quick adaptability, and a structured, solution-focused work style
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Organized and results-oriented approach to tasks
  • Proficient in German, with advanced English language skills preferred
