Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Assess, refine, and enhance business workflows within the life insurance domain.
  • Analyze and rank individual proposals based on feasibility and value, alongside evaluating technical specifications.
  • Oversee the insurance conditions for SparkassenVersicherung Leben.
  • Develop and validate batch communications within the printing framework, making necessary adjustments.
  • Prioritize, execute, and validate online communications in the printing framework.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments and SVI to devise shared and sustainable solutions.
  • Formulate technical, functional, and procedural specifications for IT, supervise the implementation and testing phases, and transition the process to the team.
  • Enhance technical and procedural workflows, including specific automation initiatives.
  • Accountable for executing and continuously refining the managed operational processes.

Your Profile:

  • A degree in (Business) Mathematics, (Business) Informatics, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You possess a structured, analytical, and pragmatic approach to work.
  • You enjoy tackling challenges and making informed decisions proactively.
  • Strong collaboration, commitment, and adaptability characterize your work ethic.
  • You exhibit natural empathy and respect towards colleagues.
  • Ideally, you have insights into life insurance and practical experience with the COR-Life policy management system and printing solutions.
  • Familiarity with VBA programming or a strong interest in it is preferred.
  • Experience in project management and technical design is advantageous.
