About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician (m/w/d) to join our team at Alphartis SE. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair and service tasks on vehicles from leading manufacturers such as BMW, Land Rover, and Peugeot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out independent repairs and services on vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to manufacturer guidelines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues, identifying and resolving problems efficiently.
• Select the most appropriate repair method and approach, based on manufacturer specifications.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, completing tasks to the highest standard and meeting customer expectations.
• Contribute to the development of our workshop team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive excellence.

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field.
• Desirable: Previous experience as an Automotive Technician (m/w/d) or Car Body Builder (m/w/d).
• High level of technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
