Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Inhouse Consultant to join our Group IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth deployment of IT solutions across our global production plants and sales and service units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert on GTS/SD modules, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Lead the global deployment of IT solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge transfer materials to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide 3rd-level support for SAP GTS/SD module, resolving complex issues and escalating as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an SAP Consultant with a focus on GTS/SD modules.
  • Successful completion of studies in business administration, business informatics, or comparable education.
  • Excellent understanding of business processes within GTS and SD.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in international teams.
  • Proficiency in English and German languages, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
