Senior Maintenance Engineer

Join Yacht's team as a Senior Maintenance Engineer and play a key role in ensuring the high availability of advanced manufacturing equipment. As a member of the MEMS Foundry Maintenance Engineering team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing both corrective and preventive maintenance activities.

• Maintain equipment performance by keeping high-tech semiconductor process equipment in optimal condition.
• Develop and implement systematic monitoring for early detection of maintenance needs.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PM) actions, track changes, and communicate with equipment owners.
• Manage maintenance-related documentation, including PM procedures, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Engage in root cause analysis (RCA) for unplanned maintenance events, manage small projects, and design technical specifications for new or modified equipment.
• Coach and mentor junior Maintenance Engineers and Technicians, fostering a safe, high-performance team environment.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance or Service Engineer in a production environment.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• MEMS and/or semiconductor manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
