Aufgaben
  • Leitung des neuen Produkt Programms: Die Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung, Koordination und Durchführung des neuen Produkt Programms sowie die Steuerung der damit verbundenen Projekte innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe übernehmen.
  • Qualitäts- und GMP-Management: Hohe Qualitätsstandards durch die Einführung und Pflege von GMP-Prozessen und -Rahmenbedingungen sicherstellen, um die Konformität und Sicherheit der Produkte zu gewährleisten.
  • Teamführung in einer Matrixorganisation: Interdisziplinäre Teams und Projektleiter führen und motivieren, um die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Programmziele sicherzustellen. Eine effektive Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation innerhalb der Teams fördern.
  • Interne Kooperation: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Abteilungen der Business Unit sowie anderen Bereichen der Unternehmensgruppe, um eine termingerechte und budgetkonforme Umsetzung des Programms zu gewährleisten.
  • Kommunikation und Präsentation: Hauptansprechpartner für die Präsentation und Kommunikation des neuen Produkt Programms gegenüber Kunden, Marktteilnehmern und anderen Interessengruppen.
  • Risikomanagement: Proaktives Management von Risiken durch Identifizierung potenzieller Probleme und Erarbeitung zeitnaher Lösungen zur Sicherstellung des Programmerfolgs.
  • Berichterstattung und Verbesserung: Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsleitung über den Fortschritt des Programms sowie Erarbeitung von Empfehlungen zur Prozess- und Organisationsoptimierung.
Qualifikation
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Business Administration oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Mind. 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition innerhalb einer Matrixorganisation (idealerweise im Program Management) in den Märkten Health Care, Medizintechnik, Pharma, Life Sciences oder einem vergleichbar regulierten Umfeld.
  • Sie verfügen über nachgewiesene Kompetenzen in komplexen Change-Management Prozessen.
  • GMP Kenntnisse von großem Vorteil.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch ein starkes Verständnis für den Markt und die Kundenbedürfnisse aus, besitzen ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie nachgewiesenes Verhandlungsgeschick.
  • Sie sind erfahren in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams, Ihre Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Motivationsfähigkeiten helfen Ihnen bei der individuellen Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeiter.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, eine zweite Fremdsprache (z.B. Französisch) ist ein Plus.
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 30%).
