Deine Aufgaben

  • Du präsentierst und verkaufst nachhaltige Premium-Produkte und sorgst für ein unvergessliches Einkaufserlebnis.
  • Du berätst und unterstützt Kund:innen aktiv bei der Auswahl von Produkten und kompletten Looks.
  • Als Gastgeber:in schaffst du eine einladende Atmosphäre und motivierst Kund:innen zur Teilnahme am Marc O'Polo MEMBERS Programm.
  • Du behältst die Umsatzziele im Auge und trägst mit deinem Verkaufstalent zur Erreichung dieser Ziele bei.
  • Du sorgst für eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation gemäß den Vorgaben des Visual-Merchandise-Teams.
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig mit dem Kassensystem, RFID-Technologie und unserer CRM-Software.

Dein Profil

  • Du bist ein Verkaufstalent und erkennst die Bedürfnisse deiner Kund:innen. Du hast ein Gespür für aktuelle Trends und grundlegendes Wissen über Passformen.
  • Mit deiner Begeisterung für Mode inspirierst und überzeugst du andere.
  • Du bist offen, gehst gerne auf Menschen zu und strahlst positive Energie aus.
  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und deine Kolleg:innen können sich auf dich verlassen.
  • Wochenendarbeit, insbesondere samstags, passt gut zu deinem Lebensstil.
  • Du kommunizierst gerne und hast idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Ob Quereinsteiger:in oder mit ersten Erfahrungen im Einzelhandel, du bringst die nötige Motivation mit.
