Exciting IT Support Specialist Opportunity in Logistics
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our global organization at Globetrotter. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our central distribution center and warehouses worldwide. You will work closely with stakeholders in the Logistics and Tech teams to establish new processes and provide onsite support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and resolve technical issues to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
- Manage robotic warehouse management solutions and logistics-specific hardware
- Collaborate with outsourcing partners to optimize logistics operations
- Review service level agreements and contracts with warehouse partners
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Assist in change management projects for logistics and supply chain optimization
Requirements:
- Customer-focused IT professional with logistics experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- Project management and communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English and German
