Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Facility and Workplace Specialist to join our dynamic HR Company Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including maintenance, access management, and ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
- Shared Office Hub: Design and coordinate the utilization of our office building in Munich, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and administering contract management for leases and agreements.
- Work Safety: Ensure building safety and compliance with fire protection requirements and occupational health and safety regulations, implementing and monitoring regular fire drills and work safety trainings.
- Qualification in facility management, workplace management, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in facility/workplace management.
- Excellent German skills and good English skills (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office applications.
- Problem-solving competence and strong organizational skills.
- A very good salary package according to the IG Metal and Electro collective bargaining agreement.
