Beschreibung der Rolle

Als Projektmanager Software Testing bei Bertrandt sind Sie verantwortlich für die Steuerung und Koordination von Projekten im Bereich Software Testing, mit Schwerpunkt auf den Branchen Automotive & Aerospace.

  • Projektsteuerung und -koordination: Sie planen, organisieren und überwachen die Durchführung von Software-Test-Projekten, um sicherzustellen, dass die Projekte pünktlich und innerhalb des Budgets abgeschlossen werden.
  • Management der technischen und organisatorischen Projektabwicklung: Sie sind für die Überwachung der technischen und organisatorischen Aspekte der Projektabwicklung verantwortlich, einschließlich der Kontinuität der internen Prozesse.
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Projektteams, Kunden und Stakeholdern: Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen den Projektteams, den Kunden und anderen Stakeholdern, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Interessen vertreten sind und dass die Kommunikation effizient ist.
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Durchführung von Projekt- und Kundenmeetings: Sie erstellen regelmäßige Berichte über die Projektfortschritte und führen Projekt- und Kundenmeetings durch, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Beteiligten informiert sind.
  • Unterstützung und Vertretung des Fachbereichsleiters Verifikation & Validierung: Sie unterstützen und vertreten den Fachbereichsleiter Verifikation & Validierung bei der Entscheidungsfindung und der Vertretung der Interessen des Fachbereichs.
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium: Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Ingenieurwissenschaften (Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Fahrzeugtechnik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung: Sie haben umfangreiche Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und im Software-Test im Embedded-Bereich.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten: Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten im agilen Projektumfeld sowie über eine strukturierte Arbeits- und Denkweise.
  • Kenntnisse in Automotive- und Aerospace-Standards: Kenntnisse in Automotive- und Aerospace-Standards (AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, Automotive SPICE, DO-178C) sind von Vorteil.
  • ISTQB-Zertifizierungen: ISTQB-Zertifizierungen (CTFL, Test Manager, Test Analyst etc.) sind wünschenswert.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse: Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
