About the Role:

DXC Technology Deutschland Consulting GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Client Partner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales and coverage team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our market share in the Public Sector in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Utilize industry expertise to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set direction for business development and solution replication.
  • Sell complex products and solutions to clients on a partnership basis.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, including C-level executives, to understand their unique business needs.
  • Maintain and leverage cross-portfolio knowledge to support account leads with solution integration.
  • Stay up-to-date on market and competitor trends to ensure credibility with clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and coverage experience, with a strong track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Deep understanding of products, solutions, and competitor offerings.
  • Excellent business development and solution selling skills, with the ability to align client needs with DXC's value proposition.
  • Strong leadership and initiative skills, with the ability to drive sales and coverage initiatives.
  • Strategic planning and business case development skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic and tactical perspectives to optimize coverage and drive predictable revenue streams.
