Job Description

We're seeking a Senior React-JS Frontend Web Developer to join our team. As a key member, you'll thrive in a dynamic environment that demands strong problem-solving skills, independent self-direction, and effective team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop efficient, testable, and reusable frontend components
  2. Collaborate with backend developers to create seamless user experiences
  3. Manage projects and mentor junior developers through design and code reviews
  4. Work closely with stakeholders, including DevOps, React Team, and CEO
  5. Solve complex performance issues and architectural challenges
  6. Customize applications to meet specific requirements
  7. Document development processes, architecture, and standard components
Requirements
  1. At least 5 years of experience as a Frontend ReactJS Developer
  2. Strong JavaScript development skills
  3. Team and/or project management experience is a significant plus
  4. Proficient in web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
  5. Experience with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS
  6. Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions
  7. Ability to meet deadlines and provide accurate time estimates
  8. Excellent English language skills
  9. German language skills are a plus
  10. Self-motivated, flexible, and focused individual
