Job Title: Application Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Application Engineer to join our team. As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing technical support and solutions for our bearings applications, and working closely with customers to understand their technical needs and offer tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide technical support and solutions for our bearings applications.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our sales and engineering teams to drive innovation and product development.
  • Perform product testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our products and services.
  • Drive sales initiatives and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Maintains timely and accurate records and reports, as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Proven experience in a sales role.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the bearings industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of bearings and related products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to understand and utilize financial statements as a management tool.
  • Has excellent computer skills and is proficient with all related company systems/programs.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • A valid driving license.
