We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Leader to join our team at Mühlbauer Group.

About the Role:

  • Lead the finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of financial tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including HGB and IFRS.

About You:

  • Hold a degree in economics or a related field, preferably with a background in finance or accounting.
  • Have several years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a medium-sized international industrial company.
  • Be proficient in financial software, including SAP FI and German tax law.
  • Have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Be fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
