Retail Store Manager

As a Retail Store Manager at PUMA, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's mission to become the fastest sports brand in the world.
You will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that your store operates efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a high-performing team: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing your team members to achieve exceptional results.
- Driving sales and revenue growth: You will work closely with your team to identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue, and implement strategies to achieve these goals.
- Providing exceptional customer service: You will be responsible for ensuring that your customers receive a high level of service, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Managing store operations: You will be responsible for ensuring that your store is run efficiently and effectively, including managing inventory, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and controlling costs.
- Analyzing sales data and performance metrics: You will work closely with your team to analyze sales data and performance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Developing and implementing business strategies: You will work closely with your team to develop and implement business strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in retail management, with experience in leading a team and driving sales and revenue growth.

As a Retail Store Manager at PUMA, you will be eligible for a range of benefits, including:
