Lead Inclusion Coordinator

The Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband Niedersachsen e.V. is seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to take on the role of Head of Inclusion Assistance (m/w/d). In this pivotal position, you will oversee a dedicated team of approximately 130 staff members focused on providing essential inclusion assistance services. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring effective operations and high-quality support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and mentoring inclusion assistance personnel
• Managing recruitment and onboarding processes
• Streamlining office operations and enhancing internal communication
• Engaging with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with service regulations
• Collaborating with educational institutions, families, and governmental bodies
• Building networks and promoting our services to the community

Qualifications:

• Degree in Social Work or a related field
• Experience in leadership or a strong desire to develop leadership capabilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations
• Dependability, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Valid Class B driver's license
