We are looking for a Column Leader/Finisher (m/w/d) Road and Civil Engineering to join our teams at the EUROVIA Verkehrsbau GmbH locations in Berlin and Michendorf.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage teams of finishers and other personnel involved in road and civil engineering projects.
  • Ensure the quality and safety of construction work, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to plan and execute projects efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in road and civil engineering, with a focus on project management and team leadership.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction processes and materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement changes.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
