Messaging Integration Architect

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and integrate intricate IT systems with both On-Premises and Cloud applications.
  • Lead and technically coordinate exciting IT projects aimed at restructuring our entire IT framework.
  • Implement message-driven integration of IT systems.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing on Messaging technologies, particularly with Apache Kafka.
  • Collaborate with users and departments to identify integration needs.

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in analyzing and designing distributed software applications and integrating them into existing infrastructures.
  • Familiarity with asynchronous communication using Apache Kafka is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (Java, C++, C#, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of Webservice technologies (e.g., Java, JakartaEE, Eclipse Microprofile, Quarkus) and containerization (e.g., Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes).
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with a customer-oriented approach and a persuasive presence across all levels.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player.
  • Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
