About the Role:
CYBEX GMBH is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and supply chain, to align efforts and achieve project milestones.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and timely resolution of issues.
- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles, implementing strategies to ensure project success.
- Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, progress updates, and post-project reviews, to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the juvenile products or a related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment successfully.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating and inspiring cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate challenges effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
- PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
- High level of resilience and adaptability to manage changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English, German skills would be beneficial.
