Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at CMA CGM (Deutschland) GmbH. As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing our logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities- Process Optimization: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of our fulfillment center.
- Project Management: Manage improvement projects in a specific area of the fulfillment center, ensuring timely completion and effective stakeholder management.
- Lean Management: Apply lean management principles to all projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to reduce waste and increase productivity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with logistics operations teams to provide assessments and recommendations to improve decision-making and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Education: Degree in a STEM field (logistics, engineering, economics, industrial engineering, or similar).
- Experience: Proven experience in logistics or intralogistics, engineering, and lean management.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented approach, and excellent communication skills.
- Language: Fluency in English, with knowledge of German or Polish an advantage.
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
