HR Project Management Specialist

The Chairman's Office Europe and North Africa (COE) plays a crucial role in supporting and coordinating our operational units, research and development centers, and representative offices throughout Europe and North Africa, ensuring alignment with corporate functions and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and engage in projects related to employment law, offering strategic guidance.
  • Oversee labor relations within business units, particularly during periods of restructuring.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives, including organizational redesign, system upgrades, and new project launches.
  • Draft and implement employment policies in collaboration with HR teams.
  • Ensure adherence to processes, projects, and policies through diligent follow-up.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions, from planning stages to execution, including conducting due diligence.
  • Manage global mobility cases and oversee expatriate management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources Management, or related fields with a focus on labor law.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in multinational settings as a Labor/Industrial Relations Specialist or HR Generalist.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and social security regulations within Europe.
  • Experience in data analysis and report generation.
  • Proficient in managing international projects.
  • Fluency in English and German; skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
