Digital Marketing Campaign Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in close collaboration with teams in planning, consulting, and investment management, as well as specialists in SEA, Social Media, and Programmatic advertising.
  • Oversee the seamless technical execution of campaigns, ensuring effective communication between external media partners, ad serving technologies, and third-party analytics providers such as Nielsen, IAS, and Double Verify.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies to facilitate the production of advertising materials as per the campaign strategy.
  • Analyze campaign performance against established KPIs, generating insights and formulating long-term optimization strategies.
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics, implementing optimizations to enhance results and managing pacing to ensure delivery aligns with bookings.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in a relevant field, ideally in STEM, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar discipline.
  • Initial professional experience in the digital landscape, particularly in roles related to advertising or campaign management.
  • Familiarity with key performance indicators and some experience in reporting.
  • Understanding of third-party tracking solutions and their applications.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Proficient in Office 365 applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with a strong affinity for numerical analysis and problem-solving.
  • Excellent command of the German language.
