Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the import of goods via sea freight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the import of goods via sea freight, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with our network of agents and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

  • Manage and optimize our logistics operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Prepare and submit accurate and detailed reports on logistics operations, including freight costs, delivery times, and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with our company's goals and objectives.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our company remains competitive and compliant with all relevant regulations.

Requirements

  • Relevant education and experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, agents, and suppliers.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex logistics issues.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in logistics software and systems.

  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
