Du möchtest die digitale Transformation in einem der führenden IT-Dienstleistungsunternehmen in Deutschland mitgestalten?
In dieser Position wirst du im Beratungsbereich tätig sein, mit einem besonderen Fokus auf die ServiceNow-Plattform, und dabei die Entwicklung von Kunden im Bereich des Enterprise Service Management unterstützen.
adesso kombiniert ServiceNow-Projekte mit branchenspezifischem Know-how in Bereichen wie Automobilindustrie, Fertigung, Finanzwesen, Einzelhandel und Lebenswissenschaften. Über IT-Service-Management hinaus gestalten wir „echte“ Kundenprozesse innerhalb von ServiceNow.
In deiner Funktion berätst und unterstützt du das Projektteam bei der Entwicklung intelligenter und innovativer ServiceNow-Lösungen für eine Vielzahl von adesso-Kunden, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Business-Consultants aus verschiedenen Branchen.
DEINE AUFGABEN - DAS ERWARTET DICH
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von fachlichen und technischen Lösungsdesigns auf Basis von ServiceNow
- Projektunterstützung bei der Implementierung, Konfiguration und Schulung von ServiceNow-Produkten in Bezug auf spezifische NOW-Module (ITSM, CSM, FSM, IRM/GRC, SecOps sowie branchenspezifische Prozesse)
- Durchführung von Kundengesprächen
- Aktive Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung des Kompetenzzentrums, in Zusammenarbeit mit den adesso Fachkompetenzzentren für Bereiche wie Sicherheit, GRC, Fertigung oder Einzelhandel
- Unterstützung bei der Erweiterung der Partnerschaft mit ServiceNow
DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN - DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder in einem verwandten Bereich
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im IT-Beratungsumfeld mit Schwerpunkt auf ServiceNow oder einer vergleichbaren Workflow-Plattform
- Wünschenswert ist eine ServiceNow-Zertifizierung als "Certified System Administrator"
- Kenntnisse und Freude im Umgang mit Lösungs- und Schnittstellenkonzeptionen sowie mit Industriestandards wie ITIL, BPMN, JavaScript und SQL
- Erste Erfahrungen in Projektmethoden (Wasserfall, Scrum oder Hybrid), idealerweise zertifiziert in PRINCE2 und/oder PMI und/oder Scrum
