Join our team at Winkler+Dünnebier GmbH (W+D), a leading technology and service partner in the machinery sector for the mail and hygiene industries since 1913. We specialize in developing highly efficient system solutions for the production, printing, and enveloping of mail items, as well as the manufacturing of hygiene products. Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) for our subsidiary, POEM PreOwnedEnvelope Machines GmbH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sales activities for POEM machinery, including sourcing parts for refurbishment and service orders.
- Perform general administrative and management tasks, including preparatory work for accounting.
- Generate and dispatch order confirmations and invoices, primarily in English, and maintain correspondence with our clients.
- Process spare part orders using SAP SD/MM.
- Source parts for refurbishment from internal and external suppliers (via SAP), including monitoring and coordinating schedules with the POEM workshop.
- Prepare for assembly operations, including travel planning, organization, and expense reporting.
- Collaborate in the handling of machinery deliveries and returns.
- Create evaluations such as cost calculations and order assessments, inventory cash planning, and equipment data.
- Maintain the company’s online presence.
- Manage incoming mail, vacation planning, and timesheet evaluations.
- Review and electronically forward incoming invoices.
- Oversee accounts receivable management.
- Maintain order and project data in the CRM (MS Dynamics).
Qualifications:
- Commercial training (ideally as an industrial clerk) with approximately 2 years of professional experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities, along with organizational talent.
- High level of commitment, reliability, independence, and flexibility.
- Customer-oriented mindset with technical understanding and interest.
