Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
- Merchandising and Promotions: Effectively merchandise and promote products to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
