Scrum Master Expert in Quality Management

JOB OPPORTUNITY: Quality Assurance Leader at DATEV

About the Role:

In our Quality Assurance (QA) team, we are committed to consistently delivering top-notch software through collaboration with various teams. We set quality benchmarks and objectives, facilitating their execution across multiple sectors. Our primary aim is to maintain transparency in quality at every stage of the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a lateral leader for two agile DevOps teams, working closely with Product Owners, HR leaders, and Scrum Masters from different areas.
  • Drive ongoing enhancements in software and process quality, implementing initiatives such as improving code quality and advancing automation (CI/CD Pipelines, Infrastructure as Code).
  • Contribute to the development of DevOps practices, encouraging team growth, self-management, and accountability, while establishing agile methodologies based on team maturity.
  • Efficiently identify and resolve obstacles, optimizing the delivery capabilities of your DevOps teams.
Qualifications:
  • Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably throughout the DevOps lifecycle, providing valuable insights into Development and Operations processes.
  • A collaborative team player who champions individual accountability, adaptability, transparency, and courage, capable of effectively inspiring and leading others.
  • Possess leadership capabilities, with experience in managing change processes and excelling in structuring and presenting complex topics to deliver value for clients and the organization.
  • Strong communication and empathy skills, with a talent for conflict resolution and constructively addressing systemic challenges.
