We are seeking a talented Electrical Fitter / Technician to join our manufacturing team. At our facility, we specialize in the customization of power, industrial, and phase-shifting transformers tailored for diverse applications. In this role, you will be tasked with preparing transformers for testing and delivery, as well as assembling and wiring electrical cabinets. This position demands a solid foundation in electrical systems, collaboration, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Organize team activities and establish the workstation accordingly
• Assemble electrical cabinets on transformers
• Route cables in accordance with technical schematics
• Insulate and insert wires into devices and cabinets
• Ensure proper connections between devices and transformer cabinets
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and other equipment
• Conduct quality assurance checks and document findings
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Execute various tests on transformers
• Assist in other assembly areas as required

Your Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering
• Extensive experience in specialized machine construction
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Experience with cranes, forklifts, and aerial work platforms is advantageous
• Team-oriented with a strong focus on detail and safety
• Dependable, adaptable, and capable of working independently
• Willingness to work shifts
