Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and review a range of technical documents, including user manuals, knowledge base articles, application notes, and technical notes. Independently gather and analyze information related to embedded hardware and software, such as schematics, specifications, and product samples. Convert complex technical information into user-friendly documents, following the established style guide and processes for consistency and quality. Work closely with engineers and other teams to ensure the technical content aligns with the needs of the target audience. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure timely completion of projects and meet deadlines.Qualifications:
Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, information technology, technical writing, or a related field. Ability to clearly, precisely, and concisely write about complex technical topics, with a strong attention to detail. Preferred experience in technical writing, with familiarity with tools such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and MediaWiki considered a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines. Quick learner with a natural curiosity for new technology, capable of adapting to new tools swiftly.
