Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personal Assistant to join our team at DIS AG. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by providing excellent customer service to employees and management.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
  • Coordinate and implement various HR initiatives, such as employee recognition programs and training sessions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employees, management, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
