Für unseren Verkaufspunkt im Kaufhof Frankfurt suchen wir einen Beauty Sales Supervisor (m/w/d, 35h).

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du repräsentierst die Marke L'Occitane im Kaufhaus und bist ein Vorbild für dein Team.
  • Du schaffst Begeisterung und bietest einen exzellenten Service für unsere Kunden.
  • Du führst unsere Kunden auf eine "Reise durch die Provence" und berätst sie umfassend.
  • Du präsentierst unsere Produkte und den Verkaufsbereich durch Animationen und Produktplatzierungen und organisierst Events.
  • Du analysierst Verkaufszahlen, um Verkaufsstrategien abzuleiten, und behältst die Verkaufsziele stets im Blick.
  • Das Warenmanagement des Verkaufsbereichs betreust du in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Wholesale Team.

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Kosmetik oder Einzelhandel und bringst Erfahrung in der Beauty- oder Modebranche mit.
  • Du bist ein leidenschaftliches, proaktives Verkaufstalent mit einer Begeisterung für die Beautywelt.
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für handelsspezifische KPIs und Warenmanagement.
  • Du bist auch an Samstagen flexibel und einsatzbereit.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind für die Beratung zu unseren Produkten unerlässlich.
