• Guest Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for guests regarding their bookings
• Reservation Expert: Manage bookings through our system and via phone, prioritizing guest satisfaction
• Sales Advocate: Promote our hotel offerings across various locations, ensuring each reservation is exceptional

Your Qualifications:

• Hospitality Passion: Background in the hotel sector with some experience in reservations preferred
• Communication Skills: Proficient in German for local guests and English for international clientele
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office and familiar with hotel management systems like Opera
• Collaborative Spirit: Capable of multitasking and thriving in a team environment
