We seek committed Legal Trainees (m/f/d) to join us at our Cottbus location.

At LEAG, you will acquire in-depth knowledge of the intricate operational processes of the leading energy provider in East Germany, engage in specific cases, and appreciate the significance of each individual's contribution to our organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating on the strategizing and authorization of innovative energy and infrastructure initiatives

• Aiding in the procurement of various environmental and mining law permits

• Addressing matters related to energy legislation

• Drafting legal documents pertaining to corporate and real estate law

• Independently resolving legal challenges in civil, criminal, and public law arising from our operations

• Participating in judicial and administrative meetings as well as negotiation sessions

Your Qualifications:

• Genuine interest in the operational sectors of LEAG

• Successfully completed the initial state examination in law with commendable results

• Proficient in the MS Office suite

• High adaptability and teamwork skills

• Strong dedication and capability to work autonomously

• Competent English communication skills, both written and spoken
