Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Procurement Manager, der sich für die Herausforderungen der Beschaffung und Logistik begeistert. Deine Aufgaben:
  • Das monatliche und quartalsweise KPI-Tracking für das Procurement zu verantworten
  • Die Vorbereitung und Verwaltung der Procurement KPI-Berichte und Präsentationen
  • Die Koordination, Vorbereitung und Leitung von wöchentlichen Procurement Leadership Team Meetings
  • Die Projektorganisation für funktionsübergreifende KION Beschaffungsprojekte
  • Das Implementieren standardisierter KPI-Reportings einschließlich Governance-Gremien für die oberen Managementebenen
  • Das wöchentliche Monitoring der Material Cost Optimization Projekte (MCO) in enger Abstimmung mit der Abteilung Global Strategic Procurement und OU Procurement
  • Die Unterstützung im jährlichen Kostenreduzierungs-Budgetprozess und bei der Erstellung der Headwind & Tailwind Rohmaterial Planung
  • Das Program Management für ausgewählte Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) Projekte und Kostensenkungsinitiativen
Deine Stärken:
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Erste Erfahrungen in den genannten Aufgabengebieten
  • Ein Organisationstalent mit guten Problemlösungs-, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Der Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket, insbesondere PowerPoint
  • Verhandlungssichere Englisch Kenntnisse
