About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Social Media and PR Manager to join our team at foodspring. As a key member of our Product & Consumer team, you will be responsible for driving our brand's online presence and media outreach globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global social media strategies across various platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Lead and manage public relations initiatives, including media outreach, press releases, and relationship management with PR agencies and key media contacts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand & Content team to align social media and PR efforts with broader brand campaigns.
  • Collaborate with influencer marketing team to align and brief content deliverables from influencers.
  • Monitor social media performance and generate insights to optimize content strategies.
  • Manage the coordination and execution of global PR events and campaigns.
Requirements
  • BSc. degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media.
  • Proven experience in leading campaign development and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in German, Business-level fluency in English.
