Key ResponsibilitiesAre you ready to elevate your career as a Business Process Analyst at ecotel? Here are your primary responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues to devise customized technical and procedural solutions for our clients and partners.
- Champion innovative initiatives and actively engage with relevant departments (Sales, Legal, Marketing, IT, and Technology).
- Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends and understand customer requirements.
What we seek in our Portfolio Team:
- Completion of commercial or technical training or studies, with initial professional experience in the relevant field being advantageous.
- A direct, communicative, and approachable demeanor that facilitates seamless coordination across teams.
- A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain composure in complex project environments.
- A strong technical aptitude that allows for quick adaptation to the product landscape surrounding VoIP, DSL, FTTH, UCC, Cloud, and Fiber.
