Die TRANSA Spedition GmbH ist Teil des DB-Konzerns und befindet sich in einem spannenden internationalen Transformationsprozess. In der dynamischen Welt der Logistik suchen wir eine engagierte Person für die Position als Controller:in (w/m/d). Deine Aufgaben:
  • Durchführung von Ursachen-, Entwicklungs- und Abweichungsanalysen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Regional-Controllern sowie Erarbeitung von Maßnahmenvorschlägen zur Korrektur
  • Verantwortung für die Investitions- und Ergebnisplanung, G&V + Bilanzplanung sowie die Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen (Business Cases)
  • Durchführung von Plan/Ist-Vergleichen und Liquiditätsplanung
  • Begleitung bereichsübergreifender Projekte
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Controlling-Themen in internen Fachbereichen
Dein Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Fach- oder Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling und mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Aufgabengebiet
  • Hohe IT-Affinität mit guten Kenntnissen in SAP R/3 und MS Office
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten, gepaart mit Flexibilität sowie ausgeprägter Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, innovative und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise mit Interesse an neuen Herausforderungen
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für finanzwirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge, einschließlich Bilanz, Kostenrechnung und Kennzahlen
