We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Quest Global. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for creating manufacturing plans, inspecting production processes, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

• Develop and implement manufacturing plans, including technical instructions and SOPs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize manufacturing processes
• Conduct quality audits and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Support the development of new products and processes, including feasibility studies and technical negotiations with customers
• Lead production trials and analyze results to identify areas for improvement
• Implement and maintain a governance structure and reporting regime to ensure effective collaboration with customers and stakeholders

• Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in CAD, CAM, CAPP, and other manufacturing systems
• Fluency in English and German (oral and written)
