Verpackungskoordinator - Teamleiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Schichtkoordinator Verpackung to join our team at Vetter Pharma. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating the packaging of sterile pharmaceuticals and leading a team of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of employees in the packaging department and provide guidance on production processes.
• Coordinate the packaging of sterile pharmaceuticals, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations.
• Identify and resolve production issues, implement corrective actions, and document the process.
• Plan and procure necessary materials and supplies.
• Document the packaging process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Take responsibility for employee development and performance management.

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training or degree in a relevant field, such as pharmaceuticals, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts.
