About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Controller to join our team at Brückner Maschinenbau GmbH. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to our business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and optimize financial processes
  • Design and implement financial reporting and analytics solutions to support business needs
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to drive strategic decision-making
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a manufacturing industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
