About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Engineer to join our team at zeroG GmbH. As a key member of our software development team, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers in the aviation sector transform their business with data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop beautiful, user-friendly interfaces for our products and solutions using modern reactive JavaScript frameworks.
  • Collaborate with our team and customers to advise on great user interface and user experience design.
  • Contribute to the transformation of the software engineering culture in the airline industry by embracing rapid prototyping, agile development, and DevOps.
  • Expand our zeroG practices and culture through contributions to internal topics, such as marketing, IT, or employee experience.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related subject – or equivalent business experience.
  • Experience building single-page applications using modern reactive JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.
  • Experience building visually appealing sites using modern CSS frameworks, particularly Bootstrap.
  • A proven track record in building projects with clean, readable code.
  • Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks (e.g. Mocha, Jest).
  • Great software engineering and refactoring skills and understanding of SOLID software development principles.
  • Strong understanding of agile software development methodologies (e.g. Scrum) and an ability to work effectively in a team.
